1st Read September 1, 1993 September 1, 1993 Rating Interesting, though, there is not enough information on his actual training sessions They don t go into depth regarding repetitions, what to learn first, etc 2nd Read March 27, 2017 Rating I am still disappointed in this training manual as it really gives no detail in the aspect of training There was barely a mention of his Wing Chun training a nod at best It gives a brief history of all the martial arts up to 1976 from its beginnings in 600 BC, including his own Jeet Kune Do It also has a short biography of who Bruce Lee was excluding his major movies and his death in 1973 and relied heavily on action still shots from all of his work in his movies, along with other photos The photos alone took up than two thirds of this book This book is a farce and I am certain it was to make the authors a little money ...
